This Privacy Policy explains how We collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data when you use the Service.<\/p>\n\n<p>This Policy is prepared with regard to <strong>Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP)<\/strong> and its implementing regulations.<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>Data Controller Identity<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>CloudHomes<\/strong> \u2014 the brand and platform for property rental booking and management services.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>PT Pasifik Sukses Gemilang<\/strong> \u2014 the <em>holding company<\/em> of CloudHomes; operator of the Platform and controller of Service users&#8217; personal data.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>PT Pasifik Hoki Indonesia<\/strong> \u2014 the merchant\/payment recipient of CloudHomes; controller of personal data relating to <strong>transaction and payment data<\/strong>, as <strong>all payments made through CloudHomes are processed and received by PT Pasifik Hoki Indonesia<\/strong>, including the issuance of payment receipts and the execution of refunds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PT Pasifik Sukses Gemilang and PT Pasifik Hoki Indonesia are together referred to as <strong>&#8220;the Company&#8221;<\/strong> or <strong>&#8220;We&#8221;\/&#8221;Us&#8221;<\/strong>, and act as joint controllers according to their respective roles above.<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>1. Personal Data We Collect<\/h2>\n<p>We may collect the following personal data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Full <strong>name<\/strong><\/li>\n  <li><strong>Phone number \/ WhatsApp<\/strong><\/li>\n  <li><strong>Email address<\/strong><\/li>\n  <li><strong>Identity data<\/strong> \u2014 identity type and number (e.g. national ID\/other official identity)<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Photos<\/strong> \u2014 profile photo and\/or photo of identity document<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Emergency contact<\/strong> \u2014 name, phone number, and relationship (where required for a booking)<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Booking &amp; transaction data<\/strong> \u2014 booking history, unit, dates, payment method, and payment status<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Refund destination account data<\/strong> \u2014 bank name, account number, and account holder name, where you submit a refund request<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Technical data<\/strong> \u2014 device information, IP address, and usage activity for security and service improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We only collect data that is relevant and necessary to provide the Service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We do not store your full credit\/debit card details.<\/strong> Card numbers, expiry dates, and CVV codes are entered into and processed directly by the licensed Payment Service Provider (e.g. the Xendit <em>payment gateway<\/em>) that processes payments for and on behalf of <strong>PT Pasifik Hoki Indonesia<\/strong>. The Platform only receives the transaction status and reference.<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>2. How We Collect Data<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>Directly from you during registration, identity verification, booking, or when filling in forms.<\/li>\n  <li>Automatically when you use the Platform (technical\/activity data).<\/li>\n  <li>From third parties you authorize (e.g. login via Google\/SSO).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>3. Purposes of Data Use<\/h2>\n<p>We use your personal data to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Create and manage your account and verify your identity.<\/li>\n  <li>Process bookings, payments, and issuance of unit access (e.g. door\/doorlock PIN). Payment processing and receipt of funds are carried out by <strong>PT Pasifik Hoki Indonesia<\/strong> as the merchant\/payment recipient, including the issuance of payment receipts.<\/li>\n  <li>Send transaction notifications, confirmations, reminders, and service information via email\/WhatsApp\/SMS.<\/li>\n  <li>Process cancellations and refunds, which are paid out by <strong>PT Pasifik Hoki Indonesia<\/strong> to a bank account held in the name of the booker\/payer.<\/li>\n  <li>Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.<\/li>\n  <li>Improve the quality and development of the Service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>4. Basis of Processing<\/h2>\n<p>We process your personal data based on: (a) your consent; (b) performance of an agreement\/booking; (c) compliance with legal obligations; and\/or (d) our legitimate interests that do not infringe your rights.<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>5. Sharing Data with Third Parties<\/h2>\n<p>We may share personal data as necessary with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Property owners\/agents\/managers<\/strong> \u2014 for guest verification and booking operations.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>PT Pasifik Hoki Indonesia<\/strong> \u2014 as the merchant\/payment recipient of CloudHomes, for billing, receipt of funds, issuance of payment receipts, reconciliation, and the execution of refunds.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Licensed payment service providers<\/strong> (e.g. the Xendit <em>payment gateway<\/em>) \u2014 to process transactions and refunds for and on behalf of PT Pasifik Hoki Indonesia.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Messaging service providers<\/strong> \u2014 email, WhatsApp, and SMS for notifications.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Access\/doorlock system providers<\/strong> \u2014 for issuing unit access PINs.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Competent authorities<\/strong> \u2014 where required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We <strong>do not sell<\/strong> your personal data to third parties. The third parties above may only use the data for the specified purposes and are obliged to keep it confidential.<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>6. Data Storage &amp; Security<\/h2>\n<ol>\n  <li>We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.<\/li>\n  <li>Sensitive identity numbers are stored with additional protection (e.g. masking on certain displays).<\/li>\n  <li>Nevertheless, no system is entirely risk-free; you are also responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>7. Data Retention Period<\/h2>\n<p>We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes of the Service, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Once no longer needed, the data will be deleted or anonymized. For transaction and payment data specifically, PT Pasifik Hoki Indonesia retains it for the period required by applicable Indonesian tax and bookkeeping regulations.<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>8. Your Rights as a Data Subject<\/h2>\n<p>Under the UU PDP, you have the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.<\/li>\n  <li>Update or correct inaccurate data.<\/li>\n  <li>Delete or restrict certain data processing.<\/li>\n  <li>Withdraw consent to processing (with certain consequences to the Service).<\/li>\n  <li>Object to certain processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requests may be submitted through the contact at the end of this Policy. We may verify your identity before processing a request.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Changing verified identity data may result in the revocation of your identity verification status on the Platform.<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>9. Cookies &amp; Similar Technologies<\/h2>\n<p>The Platform may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain login sessions, security, and improve the user experience.
